This policy describes how YobiSync LLC handles information in connection with www.yobisync.com and website inquiries. It does not describe customer backup contents or other data processed under a separate service agreement.

Information you provide

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond to you and provide the services you request. Contacting us does not sign you up for promotional email.

Website delivery and technical information

Our website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Delivering and protecting the website can involve processing technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

Veeam content, forms and cookies

Our Veeam technology pages embed content delivered through StructuredWeb. Loading that content connects your browser to an external service, which can receive technical information about your visit. The embedded content includes its own forms, videos and cookie notice.

If you submit an embedded form, the information you enter is processed through that service and may be made available to YobiSync to respond to your request. Read the notice accompanying the form before submitting information. Use the cookie choices offered within the embedded content to manage optional cookies. Browser settings also let you restrict cookies, although some features may not work as expected.

How information is shared

Providing this website and handling communications involves service providers, including website hosting, email and embedded-content providers. Information you submit directly to a third-party service is also subject to that service’s notices. We may disclose information when required by law.
